Here is my recent build using some scrap I beams, chain, and links. Tossed in 6 used tires. Was really cheap to build and works great for smoothing disked fields. I pull it with my tractor some but more often with my truck. I also made similar ones with heavy angle iron. As I pull it from field to field, it also cleans and smooths the roads. sorry about the poor pictures, but it was late and my cell phone camera.

I use a pulverizer for more aggressively cultivating, and then follow up with the smoothing harrow to get up the rocks and roots left behind by the pulverizer, I use 2 tires to weight the chain link down,
it folds up and I can set it onto the box scrape,

Here are a couple things..........

I found with my SCUT I could lower the 3pt hook up on the Carry All by a full 8"........ It has helped a lot.

How about if you hinged the spike drag at the front of the carry all and let the back end run loose while in the field. That way you could run it with the front edge higher than the back.

Hook up the drag to the rear of the carry all to travel from field to field..........

Good luck

I spent some time this evening trying to set up a drag harrow on the back of myTSC carry all. Well it did work out very well at all. I took it for a test spin. The darn thing digs in a the front. I adjusted top link but things did really go any better.

Useally I'd look where to improve on a design, I'm looking to start over I think.

Oh well, better to have tried and failed than not to have tried at all.

I presume that your implement is a flex harrow and the frame is too lift it off the ground when you want to transport it.

Pull the harrow with a chain attached to the drawbar and make the frame so that it only carries a lifting load load when you lift the 3 point up! It looks to me like your trying to pull it with the carrier frame pushing the front end of the harrow down.
