Mahindra 3015HST Parts? Filters? Pricing? HELP!

Purchased a 3015HST last year and just love the tractor, however the dealer I purchased from in Wisconsin sold his business and the new owner did not pick up the Mahindra line.

I was going to bring the tractor in for 200 hour maintenance but now I suppose I'm going to have to do it myself.

Any good places online to buy all filters etc for this tractor?

If you go to the Mahindra website you'll find a dealer locater. Maybe there's another dealer hidden somewhere near you?

If not, there are several dealers who post here on the Mahindra forum who I'm sure would be happy to sell you what you need.

Thanks. Yes, I did go to MahindraUSA and found 3 dealers, all about 90 miles away. Want to explore the cost of filters and seals and perhaps just do it myself.

You can also go to your local Cub Cadet dealer and order some, and maybe all, of the filters. The Mahindra 3015 was sold as a Cub before Mahindra got hold of it. I think the model that corresponds to yours (if its a 3015 HST) is the Cub 7305.

Does yours have a turbo? The Cub didn't. That was a change Mahindra made to that tractor a year or so after they picked it up.

If you haven't bought Mahindra/Mitsubishi filters for a while get ready for the sticker shock. Mitsubishi really gets a premium for them. There are some other sources for the filters but if you want OEM and you are still under warranty you may not have a choice. MUSA marketing (Mahindra USA) also contributes to this site and they published filter prices here a while back, can't remember which post. The oil and hydraulic fluid for your service you could pick up at any reputable place that sold tractor and/or diesel supplies.

I was doing some searching with Google and I couldn't believe what I was seeing as far as filter pricing goes.

As a distributor for Mahindra's 15 series, we get visited by Mitsubishi occasionally. On every occasion we beat them up about filter prices. They pass the blame to Mahindra, who passes it back to Mitsubishi. Suffice it to say that someone is making a bunch of money on filters, but it isn't the dealers. Mahindra is real reasonable on most of their parts, so I suspect Mitsu is holding them up a bit on the filters.

Dave, I know you say it isn't the dealers that are making the money but some of them just might. Below are some suggested retail prices that MUSA_Marketing showed on the post dated. I was recently at an Mahindra Open House at a local dealer and the last filter on the list is $39.23, he listed for right at $50 and some change. I realize there may be some shipping charges but that is about a 25% markup.

They reduced some prices on the filters in the last few months. I'm not at the shop so I don't have the numbers, but I recall the 2615/3015 air filter being about $85 before the recent reduction. Some others were reduced also. Your dealer probably bought a few thousand worth of filters at the old price (he paid more at his cost on some filters than current msrp) and he's probably trying to recover. Or he's just marking them up too much...could be.
