Mahindra 3016 Shuffle instructions to split tractor transmission, won’t revetse

Any help with detail instructions how to do is appreciated. Under tracor I can hear clicking into gear same as fwd. Fwd works fine. So I feel must be inside trans. So must split tractor
Instructions would be much appreciated
