Mahindra 3616 HST making horn like noise?

I have a Mahindra 3616 HST tractor and I was using it to rip some dirt up with box blade and I put it in 4wd for this for the most traction and all the sudden a horn like beep noise came on it was solid only stopped once I turned the tractor off and all the warning lights on my tractor have been chewed through by mice so no lights work on the dash don’t know what it could be. Any response would be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible the horn wires have been chewed and grounded out?

I wish it was that but there is no horn on the tractor at least I don’t think there is

My eMax 25 has a horn; kind of a buzzy sounding thing. Like "meep, meep, I'm a Jeep"
