Mahindra 4025 with nimco cv 112 controller

I am having a problem with the nimco cv 112 controller when I move the joystick left and right to control the bucket I get absolutely no respons at all and the joystick acts like there is no load at all on it.

Could be as simple as a bolt fell out of the handle mechanism. Maybe a broken part in there. That's been known to happen. Have you peeled the rubber boot back and peeked inside there?
