Sorry to hear that. I only had one leak (improperly seated seal of some sort) that caused my 3pt to stop working the first time I hung weight on it. My dealer had me fixed up over the weekend and the problem hasn't reoccurred. Hydraulic leaks can be a pain.
I know a guy who had a small New Holland a few years back that had a hydraulic leak. He tightened the leaky connection to stop that leak, the leak would appear next week at another connection. He'd tighten it and use the tractor, then another leak would appear at another connection the next time he went to use it. His previous tractor was an old IH and he said he had to do the same with it, he always complained chasing hydraulic leaks was almost a constant thing. Between the pressures of the hydraulics and the vibration of the entire unit when operating, tightening the various connectors that begin to drip are just maintenance at times.
That being said, I'm over 200 hours now and have had no more leaks appear after having the one on the 3pt fixed the weekend after purchase. I think once your dealer gets done chasing the leaks all down and getting everything sealed up good you'll be fine, but the way the pressures of the system can cause a leak to appear in different places as you get other things tightened down, and also the fact that sometimes the other/new leaks don't appear until under load, it can be a pain to track down and eliminate.
Basically, tightening and sealing a leak results in slightly more pressures elsewhere, at times revealing leaks somewhere else. Sometimes it needs ran some under load to reveal the new leaks. It can be time consuming, but that's what warranty is all about.
I would stay in contact with the dealer and try to allow them ample time to go through everything (there are gobs of places for hydraulics to leak). If it seems the dealer is becoming frustrated with it, you could perhaps offer to call MUSA and explain the situation to them, they may be able to send in one of their traveling techs that are amazingly knowledgeable about these units, or find some other solution to the problem. Dealers generally stay in pretty close contact with MUSA on all warranty repairs as MUSA has to provide approval to ensure the dealers get paid on the work, but if both the dealer and the owner are calling about the same unit, MUSA may have more resolution options according to their policies. Discuss it with your dealer and get their thoughts.
I hope they get you fixed up rapidly and to your complete satisfaction. The 4035 is a great unit and well made, it will serve you well once it is done peeing hydro fluid on the ground...
