Mahindra 5570 emission problems

I am surprised to see this model having issues.. the 4500s and 5500s have proven to be the best in sync with T4 from my experience so far.

Maybe has been touched but just a thought have they pulled out the fuel shut off at the bottom of the tank to check for gummed up pitcok or something blocking fuel to leave the tank? I havnt seen a T4 tractor smoke yet at all this was common on T3s with fuel restriction and white smoke.. sorry to just jump in maybe its been spoken of

Just an update today. Dealer told me at the end of June he was going to get a regional service manager to look into my problem. After several calls to the dealer he has promised me he has called the service manager and that he would contact me about looking at the tractor 3 weeks later still have not heard from the service person. This is getting frustrating

Have you checked anything? Tell you what heres a simple one go prime the tractor with the hand pump on top of the filter... you need good steady pressure but not to the point of it fighting you.

Service rep sent a truck Wednesday evening to pick it up and carried it to a dealer close to him. They told me they were going to immediately start working on it and I should know something by Monday.

Well I may have finally got some resolution, time will tell. The dealer that was sent by the district service rep brought my tractor back this evening. He replaced the EGR valve and new fuel filter. The service rep thought the first dealer I carried it to had just cleaned the EGR valve instead of replacing it like they had assured me they had done. Also said they broke open the fuel strainer. The dealer that brought it back this evening said that they had not touched it. One bad dealer has caused all this trouble. Glad it is up and running, feeling very relieved.

Our 4500 would run great a few minutes then just shut down. I was dissing a 10 acre patch when it happened. Wait a little while and it would start and run fine a minute or two then shut down. Changed filters. Same thing. I disconnected the shut off hose and nothing came out. Poked a wire up in there and felt some resistance. Finally fuel started coming out. Been fine since.
