Hi your system is almost identical to mine.
If the ends are leaking, time to replace the rubber lines. I had to remove the panel behind the seat to access the tank but it didn't take long and used about 16' of hose.
If fuel is getting out, air is getting in.
You are getting fuel to the filter but these components after the filter.
Mine was getting air into the pump from the prime valve. The prime valve is where the fuel goes into the injection pump.
Of course it could be something in the injection pump.
How does your engine run with the prime valve open?
