Maybe it's just me and the way i think...BUT...if anyone from Mahindra corporate reads the forum its about time you update your website! 65B hoe has replaced the old hoe some time ago and still no info on the website. Also, I saw a tube video about new 6000 and 9000 series models and still not on the website as well as other attachments/implements that are still not on website that were mentioned in the video.

I have a emailed Mahindra corporate with a question on 3 separate occasions over a month ago and am still yet to get a response. I guess there is a reason the price is right.

Like their manuals the website is a disgrace. Some folks at Mahindra clearly need to have a boot planted in their backsides. Some to get moving and some to be booted through the goalposts of life.

When you compare the Mahindra website with ANY of their competitors, they fall miserably short. They don't go into any detail on anything, basically a scan of the brochure you get from the dealer and that's it. It's almost like they don't really care about selling tractors as most people do their research and comparisons from their computers these days.

I have told them this from the feedback survey monkey popup that I sometimes get from their website but they don't change anything.

At one time there was an employee of MUSA, (Mahindra USA) marketing, who visited this forum. Evidently Mahindra didn't value our input enough to continue his presence. The last time I heard from him was during the time we were wondering when we were going to receive our Owner's Club hats.

Upon checking my old mail, I found an old conversation with forum member, musa_marketing2. I don't know if it is still an active account, but if so, perhaps some here would like to give him some constructive input.

Here are his posts: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/search.php?searchid=2185412

Like Detroit, these kinds of idiots rarely never get the message until it's already too late. Then the heads start to roll after the fact. One of these days the knuckle heads will realize that it takes ten times the effort and money to recover a lost customer as it did getting them in the door the first time around. That is if they ever get them back. None of them seem to realize quite how small the world is or how limited their market size.

I'm wondering if contacting the Regional Distribution center would gain any better results, the Regional Reps that work with the dealers is out of those offices. I know it may take some research but you can always find contact information on the web for just about anyone. If people start rattling enough cages sooner or later someone will notice.

Mahindra seems to have set it up so you have to work through the dealer you bought your equipment from and they use the dealers as if they were a shield to keep the customer at arms distance. But the the middle man is that Regional Rep, if we could light a fire under him... we might gain a voice at the corporate office USA.

I agree 110% with this statement. When we had to deal with them this summer it was like pulling teeth to get ahold of the right person with the right info.
