Main differences of JD ten and twenty series?

It seems both start and end at the same price range and similar motors. Both have attachments i would buy.

Does anyone know what JD charges for certain attachments? How besides a dealer do you find out? Like how much is the front loader, rear backhoe and 55 or 65" tiller? Are these items 4-5k each or 2-3k each? thanks!

You can check the JD web site and find out the list price for tractors, attachments etc.

To get prices--go to deere.com and build your own machine--when you pick the attachments you want--it will show you the list prices.

Thanks guys, i had already checked that... just couldnt find the attachment costs. I went to a dealer today. The TEN series is basically discontinued, no $800 rebate on one for me then lol. I looked at a 2520 small frame 26.5hp. and a 3320 32.5hp mid frame model. I realize what i really SHOULD get is the mid frame model, the 2520 isnt too bad but then it is small in some areas like it can only take a 47" tiller and not the larger sized 55" or 65". It also loads about 800~ lbs in the loader and the 3320 mid series model is about double that, 1600~ lbs. The whole unit weighs almost double as well. The 2520 is 1700 lbs give or take, the mid series are almost 3000lbs PLUS attachments like a loader, tiller etc. Ill have to see what i can afford since this started with a 10-15k price range and now is working towards 25k+. Nice unit though, they showed me a 4520 model i think and was even larger, too large though. and a cab model that just kicked a$$. air conditioned and heated lol, well those were 32-40k so way too much /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
