Yeah buddy I punched the studs and drilled them very carefully and as I was drilling them they came right out the bottom just as I thought they would. Now off to hardware store to get some new bolts and should have it put back together in no time. As for the power steering it is but not sure if that was what was putting strain on it. I think the nuts just go lose as I was brush hoggind and turning all day it just caused them to snap off.

Alrighty I am done and got er put back together again. I bought 4 new bolts and replaced the studs. Now that chugging while turning is no longer happenin. Everything went smoothly and she runs like a charm. Untill next time take care and thanks for all the comments.. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

don't put grease in the steering box If its power steering.

Are you sure that your YM2200 has power steering? If it does, it is the first with PS that I have seen. Is it an after market add on?
