Man without a tractor

I do not own a tractor, not even a riding lawn mower. However, I have used your site & discussions, so I decided to join. Thanks for having me & for having a great forum.

I have an older 2-sled tilt trailer that I bought quick & cheep to haul a equally old snowmobile my brother gave to me. I fixed a couple things on the trailer & got it road worthy.

Years later, I have called on it to haul my 14' Cataraft. It's road worthy but not road trip worthy. I think the trailer needs new leaf spring suspension, easy. It also needs a new tounge & tilt mechanism. A bit tougher, but I got some solid solutions from this forum and hope to get a bit more help from the site.
