Tiller Maschio tiller help

I just picked up this Maschio tiller and I'm struggling to identify the model and age. I can't find an RT model listed anywhere - whether sites for parts or new. It most closely resembles the model W, but the 3 owners manuals I found have subtle differences to the actual tiller (probably due to general manual and country specific models). Plus, I find no sign of the Identification Plate having ever been there.

Based on background I got from the seller, this may have been sold by a New Holland dealer in Maine.

Can anyone confirm that this is a W and estimate the age for me?

The tiller is an RT 58 model The identification plate has to be welded on the frame weldments or the tubular
cross brace. check under the chain drive cover for the ID plate as well

Thanks for the info. I'll be servicing it soon and will check under the cover for a plate.


The trouble I'm having is the lack of reference to an RT model on any site or parts list. That's what made me think it was a model W rebranded for another company.
