I am looking at the masssey 2310 loader/hoe, my one concern is the rocker foot control for hydrstatic forward /reverse. I checked out kubota bx23, Massey hands down is a better rig, but 1000 more. I am looking at 16000 for this massey, is there any other rigs out there with loader / hoe with side be side hydrostatic foot controls .

See my post "Help me decide" on this section. My quote is around $1K cheaper for the Massey vs Kubota. Yet US$16K=Can$19,248. My initial quote is for Can$25,850 but that does include a MMM (54"dedicated mulcher) plus 48" tiller. Plus we have 7% GST (to federal govt) and 7% provinicial sales tax. Double Grrr.
I have to say I'm leaning towards the Massey myself. I'll see what the final quotes are tomorrow.

Thought you might like to hear from someone who's used both pedal types. I've got a Case subcompact with the side by side pedals. When I was looking to buy, I did not like the rocker pedal on the Kubota, probably because I came from gear drive machines. However, I've used a Kubota BX22 pretty extensively alongside my machine in the last 16 months, and I've grown to prefer the rocker pedal of the Kubota over the side by side pedals of my Case. The rocker pedal is easier to control/use overall, especially as you're coming to the end of a long day on the tractor, and you're getting tired.
