The port is just a straight cylinder no holes at all as far up as I can reach with my finger. There is an internal plug (actually only threads for an internal plug at this point), behind another plug, all the way at the top of the PB port cylinder.

So, I think I just need the plug and the fitting, which I have ordered. Maybe, I am confusing you with the terms Adapter and Fitting. I don't think this one uses an "adapter" like your picture only the plug and fitting.

Let me chime in here, I had a similar problem when I was changing the remote valve on my MF50c with a 300A Loader. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/hydraulics/235635-replacement-directional-control-valve.html
I found that my old remote valve was connected to the PB port on the loader valve by a SAE14 ORB to SAE14 JIC connector.
As you pointed out, finding a SAE14 connector or fitting is near to impossible. To make things even more complicated, the Parker Hannifin valve used on my 300A loader, doesn't use the kind of PB adapter that JJ posted a pic of, in one of the posts above. 2013-09-27 20.51.46.jpg
It seems to use a standard connector, while putting an internal plug in another port.
I hope I was clear in my explanation. And I do hope it was helpful.

Thanks Fergy. That looks the same alright. i think the 300 and 34 loaders are very much the same. I have the fitting and plug ordered from the dealer and it should be in any day. Called and confirmed shipment today:) I was surprised that it wasn't very expensive, $15 for both. I will only be attaching a single spool valve to my PB for now.

My control valve has issues and will have to be replaced. I plan to switch to a joystick type control valve whenever the current valve becomes unbearable and I can muster the coin for the new hardware.

Thanks again,

Seeing as you haven't found the plug (if one is installed), have you tried looking in one of the other ports, like the one shown in this picture.

If the power beyond port was used there should be an internal plug under here. I highlighted the plug in the second pic.

Hope this helps

Yeah, I have already opened that plug. The internal plug was not in there, just the threaded hole for it. I have the PB fitting and the plug on order. Just talked to the dealer today, he had them in his hand so I asked him to mail them to me.

Everything is good, just waiting on my parts to come in. :)

Thanks,

Could you send the part number or size of this internal plug. I've contacted a dealer and they didn't have a reference number for it. Thanks!

Please provide the model number of the loader, this is on a tag on the left upright frame of the loader. Also list any info on the data tag for the valve. The 34 went though several iterations and there are at least 3 valves used on this loader. Doe the loader have a return to dig function, or a leveling function. It should have float. Thanks for the info and we will dig and try to get you the numbers.

I have a MF32 Loader with vertical spool valve, not sure if the valve was the stock one. It is the same setup pictured above. No auto level. I just picked up a repair manual for the control valve itself and it doesn't give a part number or size either.
