Gc2410
Hi all,
I have an issue where my 2012 GC2410 tractor would sputter and lose power after 10 to 15 minutes of warm-up when given throttle or under load. It seemed to idle ok though. I added some fresh fuel but maybe I should’ve dumped the existing before adding. I did run the tractor though throughout the winter snowblowing so fuel couldnt be that stale.I changed the fuel filter and pulled injectors and didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Upon reinstall of the injectors, I accidentally moved one of the injector fuel line’s base connection to the fuel injector. See item 4 from pic. Since then she runs rough like im missing a cylinder. Im told by a local mechanic that this support piece effects the pump tolerances/performance and needs to be adjusted back in spec But my manual mentions only a torque tightening spec for this. Any advice feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks

Your explanation is hard to follow..
The INJECTORS are screwed in the head..
If u torque the DELIVERY VALVE HOLDER (#4) to
35 ftlbs, u should be ok..
If u took the pump apart chances are hi you didn’t get it back together properly.. and sheared the locating pin..
