I see nothing wrong with the post. Who pi$$ed in all yall's cornflakes, don't like the video don't watch it. Every one of you read the specs on your tractors before you bought it.

I never watched the video. I laughed at the click bait headline and fell for it! Happy Holidays!

Love these threads comparing paper specs (sarcasm)

They will all lift a bucket full of whatever 99% of people want to use them for around the yard. Stone, dirt, mulch, etc.

No one is buying a lawnmower to move pallets. People squabbling over a ~5% difference in lift capacity and fail to see the bigger picture.

If you want more lift capacity, buy a bigger machine.

Its funny, most equipment forums, that talk about things like skidloaders and backhoes, so have endless bickering and comparing of which skidloader will lift more. They all make little ones and they all make big ones and they all lift exactly what they can and no more. There are MANY more things to worry about comparing than the paper specs of the machine.

NO ONE is gonna but a BX and not be able to lift a log and say to themselves "damn I wish I bought the GC instead". Nope. They just gonna cut it a little smaller and get the job done. The difference is so small between these two machines its laughable IMO
What the guys in the BX groups do is go out and shim their BX and then over tax the machines and then complain about the front tire issues or blown axle seals or bent power steering cylinder brackets. I've only seen 1 post where someone sold an orange and bought a red. Not everyone can solve their problems with a larger machine either. Larger means you need more space to maneuver and if you dont have that, then absolutely it makes sense to put your money into the machine that gives you every last ounce of lift value possible if all other comfort and fit factors are equal for you personally. Comparing specs is legit part of the analytical selection process as long as you're not disregarding soft decision factors.

Just on appearance alone, the MF wins, for not being that ugly orange color. 😁

Maybe I just don't understand but I see a lot of posts about loader lift capacity on these sub-compact tractors. Why is this such a big deal? None of them can pick up but so much weight anyway based on the design and size of the tractor. If lifting capacity is that critical then I would think a forklift or small skid steer would be a better option. IMO loader lift capacity should be just a small part of overall determination on one of these smaller tractors. They are just not designed to move heavy materials all day long. They are made for light yard work and getting into tight areas on smaller yards and some jobs where getting in and out is crucial.

I would be looking at comfort, ease of operation and overall build quality.
I think loader capacity is probably all the more important with these little guys, because you're that much closer to hitting it in every day tasks.
Personally I'd have it as one of many points of consideration; it definitely was important to me in choosing my somewhat larger tractor, though it definitely wasn't the only one.
