That's because no tractor could lift a bucket full. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Gold is heavy. As I calculate, almost two and a half times as heavy as steel. Could your FEL lift 2.5 bucket loads of solid steel? /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Just for completeness, here are the weights of steel, gold and silver per cubic foot. What size is your bucket??? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Steel 490 pounds/cubic foot
Silver 656 lbs/cubic foot
Gold 1208 lbs/cubic foot
My brave Kioti KL120 loader can lift 1100lbs total so I could lift less than one cubic foot of gold. However, I would not mind having someone load up 1100 lbs as current market value would be over $9 million. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
