Backhoe Max 22 Backhoe problems

My backhoe on my Max 22 (NOT AN EMAX) moves from side to side (about a foot) when I'm driving around. It just feels loose. Could it be that there is air in the cylinder? If it's air, how do I bleed it out? It didn't do this when it was new. Also when using the hoe, it seems to want to slowly drift to the left.

The slow drift to the left can be from an internally bypassing cylinder. Mine did that until I rebuild the cylinder. Do you have a swing position lock? There are suppose to be locked for travel.
