Sassafraspete, Dargo and other Southern Hoosiers...
Heard on the news that Indy got 2-4 inches. That should be enough to play in. Did you get any down your way? We haven't had any yet but are supposed to get a little system snow then some lake effect tonight and tomorrow. Earlier in the week they were predicting "blizzard conditions" for Thursday but it's been cut back. Too bad.
Pete, I didn't realize your front blade was on your FEL. That should be more than enough.
I used to travel to Nashville TN quite a bit. Even less snow than Southern Indiana and slightly higher "hills" but let me tell you... it's those hills, no matter how small, that make it treacherous in the winter. They'd cancel school down there on the threat of snow/ice. Between the hills and the total lack of snow removal equipment it is downright dangerous after a relatively light snow.
Up here in the glacial-scoured flatlands, we don't have to worry too much about that so bring it on!!!
