Great photo album....so how did you put that album together? Is that a "standard" function hidden in Windows XP?

Your photos are fun but also a great "how too" for putting in a paver walk...great job and the house is worth more too...tractor just keeps paying for itself

The album was generated with a really nice FREE application called JAlbum. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you are up to speed there isn't anything easier that I have seen. Their web site is http://jalbum.net/. There is also a link at the bottom of the page in the album.

Thanks very much for the compliments, but be advised, we have never installed pavers before and the methods I came up with may be totally stupid. Emulate at your own risk.

OK...so why wouldn't I expect my sidewalk project to go as well as argonne? Sidewalks. What thickness would you guess them to be? 4"? 3" if the builder doesn't thing anyone is looking over his shoulder? Well wrong. Obviously our builder had some concrete he needed to get rid of!

Well, this little tractor continues to impress me. The exacvating part of this project was finished today -- all in all I have less than 4 hours into it. The very last piece we measured and it was 9-1/2 - 10" thick. This one tripped the pressure relief valve (partly because it stuck waaay out past even the toothbar).

Nice pics, and looks like fun. Fortunately, I only had one chunk that thick. They made a step at the steet end of the sidewalk by doubling the depth. It was about 10"x40"x30". It tripped out the relief valve about 3 feet off the ground...couldn't put it on top of the pile.

The grass we planted on our new yard germinated in a record 4 days, so we're well on our way to a new lawn. I guess I'll post one more pic when it's filled in.

I agree on the 2210 continuing to impress. If my grass looked that good I don't think I could bring myself to drive on it. Until these last two tropical storms came along we were in a dry spell (unusual for East TN). Driving on the grass transporting gravel darn near killed it off. Luckily the crabgrass grows fast. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
