Member of the Month - Nominate Your Friends (or yourself)

Hey Everybody,

I'm starting this thread so that you can nominate your friends (or even yourself, ha) for a member of the month feature. We've been doing them every month for almost five years now and while there's no exact science to how we pick members, we would like to feature a variety of different types of members.
