Am I the only one who has been wondering around Menards for years trying to find a particular item when its location was always at my fingertips?

Just found out today that if you click the aisle location for an item on the web or app it brings up a store map showing where that aisle and item is located within the store. Hopefully the rest of you that have a Menards figured that out way faster than me.

Ayup. Been using that feature for a few years now. I don't know when it first appeared.

I've never been in a Menards store.

I have been using it for years. Menards is my go to store for most of my hardware needs. If in a hurry you can do all your shopping for Food, cloths, auto, pets, and many other daily needs.

Why? I'm sure some of you do. I have 0 desire to "clothes shop", shoe shop, w/e when I need nuts and bolts, paint or a 2x4.
The local Tractor Supply has more BS like clothes than anything else. Tractor parts are less than one aisle. Fence chargers, ha

Yes, you are. I've been in two different ones and I can't find anything. When I'm in any store it isn't to "shop", I need something and I don't have time to wander around. Menard's is made for wandering around.

The other box stores aren't much better and I have two of each within a 15 minute drive. Two are good and two are crap, it depends on the manager. There was a case a month or so ago where I needed an item and looked on-line. One store had it that wasn't my "normal" store so I ordered it and figured it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes or so. After an hour of not being notified that it was ready I drove over and found they hadn't even started to get it. There were three or four of they standing around the customer service area but they weren't doing anything but BSing. They found my order in the system but I ended up getting it myself. They didn't need a customer survey to understand how I felt about their "service". I guess that's why I don't go there any longer, the other store is much better.

I prefer the “wander” method.

Always find other goodies to buy.

My TSC is opposite direction from Menards. Definitely not going to buy my Sunday best cloths at either store.

Maybe 5 years ago we did a road trip to the midwest, saw one and decided to see what it was all about (had read about it here). Basically a Lowes except it seemed to be a bit more targeted towards women.
