MF 1428V Will not crank

My MF 1428V will not crank and keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse in position #4 in the fuse box. Can anyone tell mw where to start troubleshooting this problem?

Does it blow the fuse with the ignition turned, or only when you try to crank the engine?

The fuse blows when you trun the key from the off position to the ignition on position, before you get to the "start" position. The glow plug function is NOT blowing the fuse, they are working OK.

I guess my first step would be to check into what fuse #4 corresponds to.

I am not very good with wiring diagrams. The #4 fuse blows when you turn the ignition switch to tje "on" position. I have included the wiring diagram.
