Value, bottom line is not that what this should be about?.......

Although a good tractor, that kind of money for a Kioti is crazy.
Who do they think they are? JD?

Not sure what price you are referring to. The equivalent HP Kioti DK costs less than the MX5100 and is more like the deluxe Kubota L than the utility MX. The Kioti is heavier and has a stonger loader than the MX too.

List price you are correct. Kioti has some nice features.

He was qouted same price for Kioti as Kubota, the Kubota is larger and more powerful, and close to same weight. You got a great deal, he is being hosed by Kioti dealer but offered a good price on the Kubota.

P.S. I like your tractor.

Weight, size for size the Kioti is a tank. But sad to say, for example, a Honda typically last longer than heavy American cars. Kubota has overall great life and quality. It's where you put the metal that counts.

Loader, Kioti has weak ones and strong ones just like Kubota. That L844 is a great loader, at least as strong as the Kioti's, as it's rating is measured .5 M from pins with bucket.

Hydraulics on a Kubota are genrally more flow capacity than Kioti. (Faster)

Agree the dealer price on the Kioti was bad. Hydraulic output, tractor weight and loader specs (look at Kubota pivot pin numbers) are all in the Kioti's favor. Not by a lot.

Korean steel is second to none. You better hope so as a lot of the worlds supertankers are built there. No doubt Kioti is the Toyota of the CUT world. Think of Kioti as the Hyundai: lots of bang for the buck.
