Here are some pics of the fubared pulley with the center piece that is the only part that was still attached to the water pump!

Ah, heck. You can just tack weld that back together since you have the center piece.

Check the AC unit. I have seen pulleys do that when the AC unit is either locked, dragging or developing extreme high head pressure during extremely hot weather.

Well it certainly was very hot. I'll check it out. Thanks for the info!

NICE ride how about an under hood shot?

What fuel injection did you use? I had one car with the Holley Commander 950 and I did a friends 454 with Accel DFI unit.

I tuned a guy's 71 Ford Bronco that had a Chevy 350 with an Edelbrock fuelie setup too.

Here's a 68 Mustang I did back in 07 with an Edelbrock cam, carb, intake that ran 310HP if I remember right. It ran very well.

Fred, Don't mean to hog your thread but I love old stuff. Cars, tractors, whatever.

Boy does that yellow stang look good! I'm running the stock Ford EFI from a '90 GT that was parted out. I'll have to take some pics when I get back home tonight, if it's not too late.

Nice stang's guys! I know what the problem was: that cheap American steel. Now if you had one of them new type Chinese made pulleys it coulda taken the heat!:D
