Thanks for the heads up on the typo...Keep in mind this is not an authorized distributor and warranty does not apply. But if it sells for the minimum bid, that might be worth it as that particular unit is the latest version and has improved internals which are mostly plug and play for easy service.
Edit: Can you point me to where the typo is? Not seeing it. Maybe a direct link and then where you saw it on the page? Thanks.a
Edit of the Edit: Found it in the product comparison pages. Fixed it thanks.

Talked with Mark from Everlast. Great discussion about my needs.
Went with the Everlast Power Tig 200DX. It will be here next week. Will post a follow up!
Saved $$$$$ by not buying a multi process unit.

Somebody asked about a Miller and it became an Everlast sales thread.
Typical for just about every welding thread on here recently. Wish it would change and everlast would get their own basement like on WW, but doubt it will happen with all that sweet, sweet neverlast advertising dough rolling into TBN HQ

People that have them seem to like them but the biggest con is the price. Personally I think they are about $500 too much for what they are. They have a relatively low duty cycle and the multi-process is kind of a gimmick. Yes they will TIG, Stick and MIG weld but you have to realize they won't TIG aluminum and to add a foot pedal etc. costs even more money. Any DC stick welder can be set up for TIG welding steel/stainless for not a lot of money. For the $2000 they cost, I think you could buy 2 separate machines for about the same money.
and though I don't know what he paid for it, based on list price he could probably buy 2 of the everlast for one of the miller.I am a serious hobby, repair person

A good salesman doesn't knock the competition. A good salesman knows his product and will point out the benefits/features of the machine(s) they are selling. Sometimes they will even recommend a competitive product because it is just plain better than what they have to offer. Customers generally appreciate the honesty and it builds customer loyalty and confidence. Why sell a customer something you know they won't like? They're not likely to trust your advice anymore. Learned that from one of the best in his industry, my dad.
