When one applies enough down force with the minihoe to lift the front of the tractor off the ground the front section immediately flops to one side (PT pucker II?). I got thinking about how one could add some kind of stabilizers. Then I got to thinking some kind of oscillation lockout might work, maybe a big plate that would bolt to one section and ride under the other such that the tractor could articulate but not oscillate. When I took a look at the tractor the solution seemed obvious and much simpler - a pair of blocks either side of the upper arm to add a more restrictive oscillation limit. Maybe leaving just a bit of play for a bit of oscillation. Think that would work? Instead of oscillating into PT pucker II would the whole tractor just fall over (PT pucker III)? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
