I would think a 50/50 mix would be good to almost zero degrees. That should be plenty in South Carolina.
That 20 is probably at nite. Does it then go to 44 in the day? If so you could use plain water. I use it well into December here in north central VA-then drain. How much will it weaken WWF with water if I use it to fill rear tires? Planning on half and half. It says on the label, -20 degrees. I know this is when used full strength. It very seldom gets below 20 degrees here where I live. Thanks for any response. zman![]()
Well it wouldn"t surprise me if these ain"t the original tires on this tractor. they are ag tires. So kind of old, but they hold air well. Only added air once in a year. So how about full strength wwf and one pint of water pump lubricant in each tire?
Take the tire off, partially break down one side..........just a small opening.............pour the fluid in, air up, put wheel back on and go.Wellllllllllll, after about 30 minutes of trying to gravity feed it, with the 15 gallon tank I had, I tried to use the little 12 volt pump on it, only to find out it doesn"t work. I"ve had it quite awhile and never used it. So, I will try again tomm. I know I filled one set before and they were a lot more smaller tires and it seemed like it took forever, gravity filling. zman
