What an excellent job on a workhorse tractor. A pre-cleaner is a great idea in general and I have often thought of adding one to my MX5100 that is swamped in dust at times. For those of us less talented there are universal pre-cleaners that are sold at some ag places but the instillation is still up to the user.

No seal needed the pipe I used is a very tight fit onto the air box fitting, even if it did not fit tight it is before the air filter...

It looks like it might be the same box used on the RTV. I really need to do something similar (to my RTV) to keep from buying so many dang outer filters.

I understand it is pre-filter.

What type of pipe is that?
