You can find a research paper to support any type of position you want to support. Just not a slam dunk proving either way. None of us reading this will know for sure in our lifetime.

Easier and less cost to settle and move forward than to fight. Very common today and not an indication of guilt.

All litigation does is populate the bottom feeders and pass the cost on to the rest of us.
Even if you get a law passed making the liquids illegal.
We'll just invent something slightly variant to the original.

I know nothing at all about chemicals, but a site named GMO Science I just can't see as being unbiased and impartial.

When I saw this thread pop up, I figured it was the news of the verdict being upheld, but the award slashed:

I have been using it for at least 25 years, probably longer.

I am not the most healthy human on earth, but I know my life would not have been as good without it.

If I die a week or a month early because of it, that is Gods will!

Roundup does not harm human cells as I see it today but we are only 47% human cells by count we are told with the other 53% being the cells making up the human microbiome that weighs in at 4 to 5 pounds for the average human. Roundup can damage some of the 53% of cells making up our microbiome just like it can kill soil microbes that are important to successful farming efforts. 70 to 80% of our immune system that can help protect from or harm us with things like type 2 Diabetes, cancer, heart diseases, etc is manufactured by the 4-5 pounds of mass making up our microbiome.

The "glyphsophate" is hazardous to our health nuts started their campaaign almost as soon as it hit the shelves, hasn't let up since and so far there is zero creditable evidence that it is.

All 3 of the non-rat-poison blood thinners have had successful lawsuits against their products. Still good products and still in use as far as I know. Xeralto works for me anyway.

Think Monsanto just caved. Hopefully they'll get it reversed on appeal.

Anyway, like with the blood thinners, does not diminish the way the product works. Think it's probably the safest herbicide to use, e.g. not volatile like 2,4 D and won't damage fish life like some others. Excess gets complexed by clay soil. If using in sandy soil, you need to be more careful about runoff. Cutting and daubing or painting the stump is a very totally safe thing to do as is gentle hitting the leaves or daubing them.

I dunno If this has been mentioned but Monsanto won the appeal of excess fines. The judgement was cut by almost 3/4.
