a good operator can make tooth picks out of the mulch, not big chunks or long slabs

They are mulching walnut! Geez, would think you could sell that for furniture or if not big enough, bowls, utensils, artwork.Around here they take out old orchards (olive, almond, English walnut)
Hey, your rig looks mighty fine next to the big boy! Of course, now you don't need it since they did all the work. You can send it to meThe first four put my "Dee Dee Bee" in a better light, but still show how HUGE Frankenstein is.

If those trees are in ANY decent shape and size, cut them, save them and post on Craig's list or somewhere. There HAVE to be some wood workers who would sell their first born for good black walnut. (Might be willing to sell the first born anywayI need to remove 4 or 5 black walnut trees. I wish I could sell them to somebody. I suspect they will be firewood...
Yeah, well we don't even have the farm yet, hopefully mid Nov. And then there is the issue of sales tax. If I get myself a business plan and start a 'for real' farm, I can avoid the tax. No time to do that this year.OH NO! I still need my tractor, I'm not done...
Besides, you'd need to take the payment book also...

No , I was happy with the results overall but I was disappointed too...in my case the mulcher left some long slices of trees behind...maybe only 1 inch thick but long slabs that were pressed down into the grass, and many of the chips are still there and I hit them with my bushog...I guess in time they will compost but until then it is like hearing marbles clanking at times when I am bush hogging.
