Dealer Montana dealers meeting

   / Montana dealers meeting #11
Hello Ken. It was a pleasure to meet you at the dealer meeting. I wish I had some more time there with other dealers to just sit and talk but wow was it crazy. What a great meeting.

I have some more pictures but would love to see some of the ones you have. Dan, where are you? Would like to see some of your pictures as well. My camera is a bit old so does not take as good of pictures as I owuld like so I am sure you have some better ones.

We got some great info first hand and anyone else who comments on it that was not there will just have to wait and see what happens. In the mean time we will just plow forward and continue to grow. By the way, I will have the new 70hp and the 23hp at the Spokane Ag Expo as well as they new R series. I will take some pictures there of the show, products and post here.

Talk to you soon.

I will not respond to your unprofessional “slapped together" remark. No problem, I guess it comes with the territory. But it obviously it got your attention. Thank you.

As for the loader it lifts 1349# at the pin. We will soon have full specs up on the website.

I will be at the Keystone show all day tomorrow so stop buy and say hello. I would be glad to chat and talk tractors.

Seems we won't cross paths. I am headed for Harrisburg today. Hope you have a productive day, Harrisburg has been a waste of my time for the last three days.

I have been back and forth between the two. Unfortunately between the shows overlapping and Harrisburg really being an indoor Country Fair Harrisburg as an equipment show it is in trouble. I voiced my concern to management but we will see what happens. I think they have possibilities there but they will need to make a major effort to revive the equipment expo. What do you think they could do besides change the dates to help?

Frankly, I think Country fair is all they have left. The amount of parents, kids, and camera's ruined it even before it overlapped with Keystone. I am sure they won't send those people away. I think in the future we are going to scale way down and just have small booth with 2-3 tractors. Most people there already know who we are and what we do. I talk to alot of existing customers and maintain those relationships, but very people there care about the equipment at all.

My honest opinion - shut the show down. That show runs a deficit of over 1.5 million. Thats money I pay in taxes.

Back to the Montana dealer meeting. How many people here were at the meeting? I have lots of pictures to share for those that want them. They will have to wait until we finish the Spokane Ag Expo and that will be next Thursday.

By the way the Spokane Ag Expo is a great show and is primarily dedicated to Ag.

I hope everyone that went to the Montana tractor show enjoyed the area. NWA is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. My wife works about 1 traffic light down from the Montana distributorship and I see a bunch of green tractors every time I go to her office to take her to lunch. I dont know about parts but I will personally verify they have a whole bunch of tractors waiting to have wheels put on them when I drive by
