Very eloquent and true. I have worked and lived in the big city and small town. My impression is that people in large cities just have a faster pace of life than people in a small town. Years ago I was involved in an auto accident (young girl ran a stop sign and I was hit broadside) and my injuries caused me to be sent to a Chicago hospital to a specialist. Those big city doctors and nurses were the nicest people I have ever met. I think some of our small town medical professionals should be that compassionate. There are good people everywhere, unfortunately so are the bad.
