Mortar Mixer and Concrete Mixer RPMs

I'm thinking of building a small concrete mixer
and building a small mortar mixer.
I used to own a concrete mixer but sold it.
Didn't think I would ever have use for one again.

How fast does a concrete mixer turn (RPMs).

How fast do the paddles in a mortar mixer turn (RPMs).

I can't afford to buy these items.
But I'm good at scrounging up materials.
And I thought it would be fun to see if I could make them.
I got lots of pullys and axels and bearings and electric motors.
I just need to make the structures. And get the RPMs correct.

PB, I just got though mixing 80 bags of concrete and it seems like it was doing about 10RPM. This one is advertised at doing 31RPM.

That looks like something I could definitely do.
Even scale it up a bit to make a bigger batch.
