I have a few of them to use between the tractors and helpers, work well enough and the cheaper ones are all you need. Years ago the low band radios were very busy with lots of traffic and usage but today I would think most are using the higher frequency stuff exclusively. There are times when I don't wan't to talk to anyone but the man on the ground working with me, leaving the phone in the truck and using the radios is a plus. Sometimes simple is good.
James Kuoa,
I suspect the specifications aren't listed because most consumers today don't wan't or don't care about them. I well remember the importance of it back in the day as I was a two technician for Motorola and GE shops but those days are long gone.
