If anyone is looking for some good info on mounting a plow on the front end loader, feel free to ask away. I have looked everywhere and researched a ton of different options. What I have come up with is in my opinion the most useful, cost effective, and easy to find parts.
I used this to mount to the quick attach system on my tractor (LS XR4140HC): Three Point Adapters - Quick Tach Attachments - Tractor Attachments
I bought a local Diamond Trip Edge Plow for the 1980's or 1990's, solid heavy quality steel unit ( You can also use a Fisher Plow): Diamond Edge | Trip Edge Snow Plows | Meyer
A few CAT2 pins, some chain, and other some items you can put it all together. Using all these parts allows thew plow to float using the chain system like a truck would and not use the force of the loader to control the plow.
I ran hydraulic lines from my rear controls to angle the plow left to right. I used a crossover release valve to limit any damage if anything is hit with the plow.
