Moving a "modular building"

Hey! A bit off topic but would like to ask. I'm moving shortly to my new house and have a lot of stuff to move, plus my garage is full. What lifehacks can you offer me?

Rent a dumpster and park it so you have to carry stuff past it to the truck. Anybody who helps you move gets dumpster diving privileges.
