Nice work Joel, stop having so much fun! Ain't our toys great, and if they don't pay for themselves within a few years then they sure payback with enjoyment.

Those are beauty rocks there - your 'graveyard' would sell for a pretty penny in some parts; ~$300 for that big'un you pulled, and mine too that was pictured. I can't move a really big one here, but it's in the woods so it is "scenic". The '66 JD350 could drag it but don't want to cut trail to get there . . .btw, my shop manual sez to leave just a 1"-1 1/2" track sag to keep it from jumping off track or wearing the sprocket teeth.

I gotta' get back to sidewalk digging, you're right the fun never ends :)

Hey Rex, thanks for the note. My tensioner has a slow leak, she'll take grease and tighten right up again. Just need to get around to doing it. I replaced the sprocket a month ago, was really worn. The machine has 2500 hours or so and a fresh complete reverser rebuild, she start at a touch of the starter, never used ether. She's a good machine. She needs chains and she be a daily worker. Once I finish ruffing in my motocross track in my backyard I'll be putting her up for sale.

Any excuse to use a machine is a good excuse.

Will you be able to go to the cookout?

I wisht I could get to the cookout -- BBQ'ng is near and dear to my taste buds.

The hydraulic reverser is great ain't it and these Deere's were built to take it. 3900 hours on mine, the S/S cylinder rods are still unblemished, the drive gears and sprockets been replaced just once and are now sitll about 75%, the tracks at 50% and the engine is sweet, starts right up quicker than the newish CK30 I'm amazed. Even with the new-construction retraction you ought to get a good price for her, the 350 is a famously dam fine machine and the right size for homeowners like us.

Agreed, great machine, I can even tow around on my tri-axle with my 3/4 ton GMC (4:10 rearend). Real handy at moving big rocks and taking down trees, she's been a good machine and with the reverser freshly rebuilt should be good machine for the right guy.
