Moving...ship, sell or haul?

My guess is that tractors may be cheaper in the TN area as it's more farm oriented. If that's the case, it's probably best to part with it and buy one where they are are cheaper.

Or, maybe like most areas, the dealers will offer a new unit at a slightly reduced price but you would never buy it and be able to resell without a loss.

The used prices I see here in KY and in the occasional TN ad are no cheaper than anywhere else. They may even be higher.

Buy a trailer move the tractor and use the trailer to haul it when you get there for small side jobs!! :thumbsup:

Knoxville is pretty popular. We are leaving WNY to head there next year. Actually heading down in August to neighborhood shop.

I'll be dragging me Tractors down though. To be fair, it's only 700 miles for me....I can see your challenge.
