Moving trailers around

Check your manual first. My L3700 manual lists an implement limit of 730 lbs for the drawbar load and 2200 lbs for the trailer loading weight. I cannot imagine your BX being able to handle a 6500 lb trailer.
One thing to keep in mind, there's typically a generous margin of safety on these weight ratings to account for dynamic loading. Similar to how the rear implement weight/carrying capacity of a 3PH is typically downgraded to about 1/3 of what it will actually lift (i.e., its static lift capacity).

Moving slowly, on level ground, is not much of a dynamic load, so you can usually get away with exceeding the "limit" somewhat. Stop when the front wheels come off the ground. :D

Next time you are at the airport look at what they tow airliners around with.

I would not use a 3 point ball hitch.

You can load the rear of the trailer to lighten the tongue weight to bring the weight more in line with the tow bar capacity. See if you can get 2 weights that are easily picked up by the FEL. One you drop on the rear of the trailer to lighten the tongue weight, the other you load in the FEL to counter balance the tow bar load.

If you are moving on flat ground, you won't have any problems.
