Bill, although it's obvious now you've mentioned it, I hadn't thought about the mower in the raised position. Thanks for the heads up on those issues. I'll get the final adjustments made in the morning before I lose my 3ph virginity.

Well, the rfm worked fine in the longer stuff although it needed a few passes. It was fun. I raised the mower a few inches on the 3ph and lowered it each pass. Picked up a few notches in the blades from sticks lying around so need to hit the blades with a file before I put the machine away for the season. Working around the fruit trees was a bit tricky but was still quicker than using the weed eater.

Boy, the Kub. is so much lighter without the backhoe. That was the first time I had it off and the machine felt like it was on steroids!! The next challenge is to reconnect the bh for the first time . . .
