Mowing Mowing Pattern / Discharge help

   / Mowing Pattern / Discharge help #21
I did a quick sketch of my property. Can anyone suggest how I should mow my 3.5 acre lawn? I have a 5' finish mower. In the past, I've broke up the lawn into 4 areas. I end up with two triangular sections that are a pain to finish (lots of turning).

the 180 degree would be your best bet for even distribution of the cut matl.

my powertrac 425 and two attached kunz wing mowers have in some situations a hart time come back as what we refer to as zero turn mowing.

what i do than is mow along one long side ....down the center and turn in the opposite direction at the end of my center cut and follow the outside.... back to the center ... the pattern looks like a square "s".

my competitors dot know how my pattern equals theirs. to make the field look good ...at the end i mow once more around the total field to make it look like a picture frame.
