Well folks I bought an LS MT 125.
I ordered this thing memorial weekend and supposedly it will be here next week, of course I have been hearing this for 2 months.
That being said, I need to know or rather what you all think would be a good sized trailer for the beast.
I have a Nissan Frontier quad cab and a 6500 lb towing capacity,, bumper pull.
The tractor has the front loader, MMM and back hoe.
How long of a trailer will work?
Thanks

A: Why is it taking so long? Most of us had ours in days if we didn't pick it up on signing.

B: With the backhoe, figure 16' minimum. This shed space was 16' long: https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/ls-tractor-owning-operating/404447-i-cant-believe-ate-whole.html You might get by with shorter if you can let the BH hang over, but that may not be best.

C: Weight -- figure around 3K with your set up. 1450 for the tractor, 300 for the mower, 500 for the FEL with bucket and 700 for the BH. If your tires are filled, add that weight.

I have no idea why it is taking so long, I sent the company 4 emails haven't heard back and my dealer is having a hard time getting them to commit to anything. Starting to think I may have to go a different direction as I am definitely not getting the work I need done,, done.
I am looking at a dual axle 7500 lb utility trailer, 14/2 (16') with a rated grate ramp.

I ordered from a dealer about 50 miles away, wanted the dealer support closer to home. I did reach out to several other dealers around the midwest and stated they would get one in stock and then deliver, about 2 weeks, my dealer said about a week to get in house,,, well as they say the rest is history and I am still without the tractor.
I had driven and worked the controls on one last year and really liked this tractor. I liked the way I fit on it,, seems like I fit well in the seat and even thought in winter clothing I would still be comfortable and not squeezed in. Tried several others and was actually worried about wearing bulkier clothing. I like to be outdoors all year long!

So back to the original question of the trailer, would an 18' or 20' be best if one kept the bucket on and hauled a 4' bush hog?

I would have walked away by now. No patience for the continuing BS by Dealer.

Minimum would be 16' comfortably. When I picked mine up, I used a 6x12' U-Haul open utility trailer. The FEL was over the hitch, the BH / bucket was turned to the side. Barely fit, but I hauled it 550 mile with my Jeep JK unlimited. I bought a 16' trailer shortly afterwards.

Here is a pic of the 125 loaded on the 16' trailer along with a 72" finish mower and a 54" boxblade when I sold the whole package. It fit nicely on the trailer. 18' would have been perfect.

had to wait about 2.5 weeks for my new MT240, LS was just not delivering, the at my prodding, the dealer went to the assemble depot and picked it up, was an overnight trip for them, about 14 road hours combined.

Kind of hard to sell tractors if you don't have any. Glad you're finally in "Man with Tractor" category. Have fun and enjoy.
