Hey everyone , does anyone have loader pressure specs for the 573 ?

I’ve lifted a full skid of concrete and could barely curl it but it did. While getting water today I only had 225 gallons and it was struggling to curl that roughly 2k. I need to check the reliefs and see if a nut was left loose for staters causing the relief to change. Then I’d like to actually test and set them.

Relief valve should be set at about 2750 psi. Loader lift capacity is a little over 3,000 pounds, but that's rated at the bucket pivot pins. When you put pallet forks on, the load is extended 3 and a half to 4 feet forward, so that reduces how much it can actually lift. 2,000 lbs it's probably maxed out.

I'm not seeing the service manual online, but LS should be able to put it on a flash drive for you. They did for me and some others (different model)

The OP manual for your tractor mentions the system pressure of 2756PSI on page 7-3 https://dealerportal.lstractorusa.c...0216_316e4749-ff75-4227-bfec-e1840514defe.pdf

The LL6100 loader manual mentions that same 2756PSI as the max pressure on page 12 https://irp.cdn-website.com/47e7e80d/files/uploaded/LL6100 Manual.pdf

Not sure what the relief setting should be, mine is right around 2500 on a different model

Relief valve should be set at 2400 psi (166 bar). Loader lift capacity is a little over 3,000 pounds, but that's rated at the bucket pivot pins. When you put pallet forks on, the load is extended 3 and a half to 4 feet forward, so that reduces how much it can actually lift. 2,000 lbs it's probably maxed out.
Just seems like it’s been able to lift less and less. I totally understand the whole pivot pin rating and weight being extended out. Just curious to actually see what it’s set at. I don’t trust anything covid period made. Some of the best manufactures have had terrible quality control these days.

Yeah the correct pressure is about 2750, the smaller tractors like a MT2 or MT3 I think are a little over 2400. My mistake. If it's lifting less than it used to, maybe the pump is getting weak or the relief needs to be adjusted. A filter that needs to be replaced will make the hydraulics slower but will still be strong. Make sure the remote valves are all in neutral and the hitch is cancelling when it's completely raised, or it will blow the relief valve and could affect the loader.

Only things that’s ever bothered me hydraulics wise is the steering. Makes a lot of groaning from the hydraulics. I know some tractors are louder then others for hydraulics. Mine constantly sounds like it gets air in it. After sometime of running at pto speeds it quiets down a ton. I have 330 hours on it. Filters and fluids changed at LS recommended intervals. About the dirtiest filter I had was the power shuttle filter. Hydraulic oil is still clear and clean like new.

Noisy hydraulics can be caused by air drawn into the system. Check the pump suction tube for possible air leaks. After running it for awhile, does the oil get foamy?

I haven’t noticed any foamy or bubbly oil , but I haven’t really checked the dipstick after long use. Mainly see it when I disconnect my remotes and it’s been just clean bubble free. Im tempted to pull the dash shrouds and make sure that’s all tight at the steering orbital. I saw pecan creek had a hose come loose on his there. It for sure sounds like air cavitation.
