MT125 FEL float

I have had this tractor 3 years and 370 hours, I looked in the manual and don't see how to float the loader. I have tried pushing the joystick different ways to try and lock in a hidden position, nothing.

I couldn't figure it out at first - I push all the way forward and left, like a sharp,
stabbing motion, and you feel it lock in.

Might be forward and right, muscle memory thing,
can't remember when I'm not doing it

Up and to the left is definitely it, crazy I put all those hours on the machine and never had any reason for the float until recently for a large area of grading.
