MT225e steering

The steering motor went bad on my tractor, it was blowing out oil from the steering wheel and I matched all the seals-orings and put it back together. No leaks but it will not turn in any direction.
I was told hat I need to time it but don't know how.
Any help would be appreciated!

If nothing else can anyone recommend a place I can send it to have it fixed!

Any good hydraulic repair shop should be able to fix it.
