MTE200D?

Does anyone have any experience, information and/or specifications about this model? The dealer selling this tractor seems to advertise his inventory at an inflated hp so I would like to know the facts. It is advertised as a 3 cyl. 25 hp 4wd - are those specs correct? How old would this tractor be and is $8300 w/FEL a reasonable price? How would I know or tell if this tractor has been remanufactured in Vietnam? It's advertised as remanufactured and looks showroom new. Tahnks.

Post a picture of it & we will tell you where it came from.

I just sold 2 of them this year for 6900 ea. with koyker 120 loaders.
I believe they are 20hp pto. 23 hp at the engine

Don't have a picture Ernie - you're in the business and an expert at determining the remanufacturing point of origin but are there signs or indicators which the novice can look for to make the same determination? I have a post on the Yanmar page concerning a YM1500D you answered that post as well telling me to look for a bigger tractor more hp so that's why I am looking at the MIT model it's (according to the dealer) a 25 hp....I need to confess that my shopping to this point except for a couple local viewings (JD & a Ford) has been via the NET looking at pictures and reading the description included with the photos. The particular dealer where I have found those models I'm asking questions about is more then 3 hours from my home. I am depending on good folks like you and all the others providing me guidance to help understand what to look for ....not the best way to shop but at $3/gallon I can't afford to drive up and down the East Coast. Thanks for the pictures. The tractors you are looking at are reconditioned in vietnam, second they are priced way to high.
I would keep looking ! They wanted $10,000 for a yanmar that should sell for around 7900 anywhere else /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
