Putting out a marker pole to help avoid hitting an object does not guarantee you won't hit the maker pole.

(Don't ask me why I added that one.)

You will notice a low tire when unloading the tractor miles away from an air compressor...

I have other equipment, plus I sometimes work on large trucks. It's 18ft wide and I've still almost clipped the frame!

You will always hook up your hydraulics backwards on the first try.

Murphy went on a ride along with me.......

took a fallen limb to the transfer station a mile down the road......flashers, pulling over for traffic...etc. so far so good......

on the way back peaceful, pulling over for traffic........get ready to make left turn to go home.......flashers on left arm fully extended in the horizontal position.......then Murphy helps out........as I began left turn a little gray car 'whips around' heading into a blind curve..........the left fork slices rear passenger door and rear panel........

we pull over.......i walk over to the lady and ask her......."when I had my arm extended to make a left turn did you not see that"??????...
.... was wearing a blue long sleeve UV shirt, so dang it blue against an orange tractor....hard to miss........

ah "no I didn't see your arm"......:banghead:
flippn Houston city folks......"I took my driver test using turn signals".........she was here to take her dad home then she was heading back to Houston.......
maybe it's my fault living in a rural town where EVERYBODY knows tractors are our second vehicles and we all use 4-way flashers and use arm signals for turns......three years and no issues....one city slicker and sliiiiiiice........!!!:mad::mad:

the good news is that the new forks only got the paint slightly scratched....

But the sun come up tomorrow and it's gonna be a good day....;)

When trying to minimize moves when using a backhoe to dig a trench, you will always pull ahead 6" too far.

I've found with my hoe that pulling forward enough so the rears are where the front tires had just been, is the right distance.

When you enter your tractor supply store, you will always forget your list which contains the quantity and sizes of everything you need.
