That's fine but it is unrealistic to expect too much from a single employee of a large company (especially a foreign owned company). I'm sure Mr. Stutz will do his best but it's important to not let it get personal as no matter how high up the organization he is he may still not be able to solve everyone's problems (especially those with an agenda).

All I'm saying is that we end users should not expect miracles from any single employee of Mahindra. What we can do is expect them to try their hardest to do their job as best they can. Anything else that they are able to assist us with is icing on the cake.

Be reasonable and be nice that's all I'm saying. I don't work for Mahindra but I do work in Sales and Marketing and deal with customer's all the time.

I guess you didn't follow the PO'd thread about the bh. That's OK, I have a feeling the Mahindra guy is here because of stuff like that. Nuff said about this. I welcomed the feller. Hope he can help out. bobg in va
